Sabre Reservation
Take the first step and join us in this basic course to become a successful professional Travel Agent using the worldwide best awarded Computer Reservation System: Sabre.
This course is addressed to all travel agents, managers and employees that have little or no computer experience regarding Sabre, our computer reservation system.
Course Objectives:
By the end of the course participants should be able to use the basic functions of computer reservation system Sabre.
- Sign in/Sign out
- Encode/Decode cities, airports, airlines etc.
- Seat availability
- Create a PNR (Passenger Name Record)
- Cancel and Rebook Flights
- History of a PNR
- Change of segment status
- Create Group PNR
- How to use Queues
- Claim a PNR from an airline
Duration: 4 days (Monday starting at 08:30 until 15:00).
NOTE: All courses are subsidized by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus. In cases where participants are not subsidized by the Human Resources Development Authority of Cyprus they have to pay the full amount of the course.
