QREX - Quick Refunds and Exchanges

The Quick Refunds and Exchanges (QREX) tool, gives you the ability to quickly process refund of paper and electronic tickets as well as reissue transactions in an automated fashion through Sabre.

Who should attend

This course is addressed to anyone that has completed the Auto and e-ticketing course.

Course Objectives

Participants should be able to use the following functions of Sabre:

• Process full and partial refunds
• Display Price Quote Reissue (PQR) records
• Delete Price Quote Reissue (PQR) records
• Display the refund audit trail report
• Display a ticket image from the ticket image database
• Process full and partial exchanges through the QREX mask

Duration: 3 days, Tuesday to Thursday, starting at 08:30 till 15:00

NOTE: All courses are subsidized by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus. In cases where participants are not subsidized by the Human Resources Development Authority of Cyprus they have to pay the full amount of the course.
