Sabre released on 17 August 2007, the enhanced Electronic Ticketing Record (ETR) display. It provides richer data content and aesthetic modifications making the display easier to read.

A new entry has been created to view the enhanced electronic ticket display. There will be no change to the current ETR display entries and output but, by just adding the new entry /E on all your ETR display entries you will be able to view:

• the NVA / NVB (not valid after / not valid before) dates
• the Baggage Allowance
• the FCI (Fare Calculation Indicator)
• the Servicing Airline or System Provider Code
• other cosmetics changes and provisions

Enhanced ETR display entries:

• display Enhanced ETR from item listed in PNR ticketing field: WETR*2/E
• display Enhanced ETR by Ticket Number: WETR*T3907777777777/E
• redisplay Electronic Ticket: WETR*/E
